Quick and effective. Upgraded my line speed recently. All was done within 24 hours. Debit order was also adjusted although my request was on the 31st. By the first the new debit order was in place. Most companies will only take effect after 30 days, with a manual payment of the difference.

Very happy with the level 7 Support and Sales team. They're quick to respond. My internet is always stable and if there are instabilities it gets sorted out very quickly. I highly recommend them they're very professional and qualified.
