What is Super Fast VoIP?

How does Super Fast VoIP work?

Once you sign up, we’ll give you your own unique VoIP number, alternatively you can port your current number. It works like a phone number, and you’ll use it whenever you need to make and receive calls over the internet.

What do I need to use Super Fast VoIP?
  • A good, uncongested internet connection, such as fibre or Level 7 wireless

  • An active Super Fast VoIP account
Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, Level 7 supports number porting for a once-off fee of R350 per number.

Do I need a VoIP phone?

We recommend that you make use of one of our VoIP-enabled phones. But there are other options available to you or your existing VoIP phone. However, it’s important to not that if you choose to use an existing VoIP phone, we may not be able to support or assist you with the configuration of the current phone.

Do I have to use Level 7 supplied equipment?

No, although it is strongly recommended. If you choose to use an existing VoIP phone, we may not be able to support or assist you with the configuration of the current phone.

How do I set up this service?

You don’t need to worry, our expert technicians do a full installation and set everything up for you. Installation is included in your quote.

How long will it take to port my number over to Level-7?

It can take up to 14 business days (once your current account is settled).

What is this all going to cost?

Total price is dependent on a variety of factors, so please get a quote.

What are the payment options?

You can settle your Level 7 account monthly via debit order or EFT.
